On Wednesday we walked over to Las Gatas beach. It’s about a 45 minute walk along the rocks a few feet from shore. There are many local musicians and vendors that we met along the way. We also came across a cactus that was blooming.
We sat on the beach and enjoyed the sun and surf. It was a very relaxing day. It’s always interesting to see how the locals entice people into their restaurants. The restaurant we stopped at was introduced to us by “Hector the protector”. The restaurant supplies show up in small boats from across the bay. One of the supply boats that came to the restaurant we were at had a fisherman aboard that we met the previous day; His name was Tony Macarrony. His email address is firstname.lastname@example.org Too funny 😎
A small snowy egret flew up to the beach in front of us and fished for a while.
We then walked back and went out for dinner with Karl and Jill whom we met on the plane trip to Zihuatanejo. Here is a picture of the four of us before dinner on top of a restaurant.
